From the beginning Cassidy @ Marshalltown helped us design the shed with the features we wanted. Karen accommodated our schedule for delivery. Delivery driver Brian made it look easy! From navigating are busy neighborhood, to guiding our shed down the steep yard and never batted an eye when I asked him to move one end about 3 inches. Brian also checked our shed for level, installed the ramp and inspected the shed with me and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Top company with total satisfaction of buyer as their objective!
Love the shed we bought. Perfect for what we are going to use it for. Site we wanted to put it presented a challenge, but Brian did a great job of getting right where we wanted. I can’t say enough about the quality of the building! Everything was precise, square, and exactly what we ordered.
As for the delivery process, I can’t say enough about the guys that set the building up. The space to manipulate the building was very tight and needed extra maneuvering to fit the spot. The guys took the extra time needed and did things to make the building setting just perfect. They were watching out for my wife’s flowers and plants and took the needed care to prevent any damage. Thanks for these two guys!
