With Rent-To-Own you will own your building at the end of the term and no longer have payments. No Credit Check Necessary. All we require is a small security deposit plus your first month’s rent. You are able to, at any time, without any strings attached, pay off the remaining balance of your shed without any penalty. You can also, at any time, give us a 15 day notice to end your R-T-O agreement. We will then pick up your building and terminate the Rent-to-Own contract. Customer with a credit score of 640 or higher can apply for financing on the spot or from the comfort of their home. Approvals are good for 30 days from the date approved. Current interest rate is 9.99% (subject to change with economic conditions) and payments are spread over 8 years.
